Certified Arborist: Erik Euteneuer St. Cloud
ISA Certified Arborist # MN-4478A
I grew up and reside in the St. Cloud area. My love for the outdoors started at a young age and has grown into my career.
I have been with Carr's Tree Service since 2003 and have been an ISA Certified Arborist since 2012. I enjoy learning all I can about arboriculture through ongoing training.
I offer you the promise of taking care of your trees as I would my own. Whether it be structural pruning, removing dead wood, removing hazard limbs, removing dead or undesirable trees, brush mowing, installing a cabling system, plant health care, all the way down to grinding the stump.
I take pride in offering quality work at a fair price, creating return customers who appreciate the appearance and safety of a well-maintained tree.
General Foreman: Shawn Dockendorf
Certified MN Tree Inspector #20105132
My name is Shawn Dockendorf, I am a General Foreman here at Carr's Tree Service as well as a certified MN State Tree Inspector. I've been in the Tree Care Industry since 2001 and am still learning new things every day. My Love for trees and the outdoors goes back to my childhood, growing up in central MN my mother had to drag me out of the woods on a daily basis. Growing up I never thought I'd end up doing what I do but when I turned 18 and got the opportunity to get a job with Carr's, it only took a few weeks to realize that this is what I was meant to do. Here at Carr's we strive on safety and educating all of our employees how to do the most efficient/safe work on a daily basis. A few of my goals at this great company are to keep educating myself every day I'm at work and keeping all of my guys safe. I'm currently studying to get my ISA license which will not only help me personally but will in turn help me educate our customers in the field.
North Metro Area
General Foreman: Roger Virchow
ISA Certified Arborist # MN-4214A
Hello, my name is Roger Virchow. I grew up in the Northern suburbs of Minneapolis having moved numerous times as a child. Currently, I reside in the city of Andover, MN with my wife Melody. It is here we were blessed to raise our four sons and they too are employed with Carr’s Tree Service. Working for a company for the past 13 years that was built on family values speaks volumes to me.
I have always had an interest in forestry and a love for the great outdoors. I enjoy fishing and anything that has to do with the Culinary Arts. Minnesota’s four seasons, its 10,000 lakes and its abundance of wildlife continually provide me with the ultimate experience.
My previous work experience in the computer industry had a focus in the area of management and administration. That coupled with my passion for the outdoors allowed me to pursue the General Foreman position at Carr’s Tree Service. During my time here, I was able to obtain my International Society of Arboriculture Certification (ISA). I take great satisfaction in educating both our internal and external customers.
My commitment to our customers is to offer unparalleled customer service by exhibiting honesty, integrity, hard work, and a strong commitment to safety. I enjoy building long lasting relationships with our customers by being intentional and by delivering a final product second to none. My goal is to guarantee your satisfaction and to exceed your expectations from start to finish.
CTSP Certified Tree Care Safety Professional #01347
Hi my name is Rob Virchow. I currently reside in Big Lake, MN with my beautiful wife and family. I grew up in the North Metro area of Minnesota, graduating from Anoka High School and was very involved in sports having played baseball, football, and basketball. With a strong and dedicated work ethic I was able to graduate early, allowing me to work full time at a very young age.
I was referred to Carr's Tree Service by an employee who knew I enjoyed being outside so he brought me to a job site to watch one of his crews in action. This got my attention so I left my occupation in sales behind and have been working for Carr's ever since.
The thing I like most about working for Carr's is how family oriented it is. A business started by a father passed down to his sons and now has grown and employs several other father's and sons working together, including my own dad and three brothers. That is a rare and special gift you don't find often, especially in this generation.
Having worked in the tree industry now for over thirteen years I can truly say I love it. I am a member of the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) and have certification as a Tree Care Safety Professional. My crew specializes in private work which includes trimming and removal, crane removal, stump grinding, bobcat work, and brush removal/claw truck operation.
